An International Day of Discovery

Renaissance Hotels (the boutique Marriot Hotel brand), asked us to help them celebrate their day of discovery – a day where flagship hotels host a day of experiences in food, mixology, music and local culture. We created a faux influencer story, that visualised the experience for a lucky guest, who’s been invited by the Renaissance Paris Vendome Hotel, to attend a secret guest only event on the otherside of the city.

By illuminating their path with projected artworks that created intruigue for the guest, we followed them in the film as they went about discovering the incredible city of Paris.

With laser projection provided by Pixel Artworks, our 50 man worked over a two week production period, with an additional few days of recce in Paris to find a suitable path of flat walls and surfaces, landmarks and monuments that could feature the projected artwork. Two camera crews and several production staff, with two man teams peppered around the route, with vans, laser projectors, timed to play at each stage of arrival of the film crews.

Created for social, to celebrate the international day of discovery, edited into several cut down edits, a main film and complimented with social photography.
