The new, post-covid Credit Economy

Covid represented a huge shift in the outlook of the UK’s credit economy. Experian, a leading voice and authority on credit, created a report on the entire outlook post-covid. This report would detail the nations mood, which was a bleak and conciouncicus view of the economy. Creatively, I repositioned the guide to be something that reflected a more thoughtful, positive perspective – one where people could be seen as hopeful in the face of a tough time ahead.

The creative featured lead photography that would animate into an explainer film that would support the launch of the report – so people could be seen in wistful, introspective portraits that captured them with a sense of hope, which was a theme that translated into the motion design and illustrative style of the film, and captured in storytelling that revolved around a few people and how their worlds have changed.
