We Mean Business
Celebrating BT
BT repositioned themselves in 2023 as a business, built for business. As part of this repositioning, I created an internal comms campaign that would give staff a sense of empowerment – a way for them to feel seen within the business.
In a business with tens of thousands of staff, that means travelling the length and breadth of the country to capture the faces of staff that make up those internal teams. The concept – a premium photo shoot, that captured portraits and groups in what felt like a Vanity Fair style cover shot, would give us content and case studies, access to people to celebrate and hero as part of this new direction. We mean business, brought to life though the people that make business happen.
The internal campaign featured three large scale productions, with multiple portrait styles and creative art direction, shot with Tom Oldham on location in Manchester, Birmingham and London.
Printed and seen in various formats, in print and digital all over the UK, as decals, poster artworks, banners and more.
